My Sense stopped syncing with my iPhone about a week ago. I have tried rebooting both and problem remains. Really frustrating

Restarting the phone and fitbit usually works for me but there have been a couple of occassions where they didn't. What did work on those occassions is to "forget" the link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings. There are a few more things to try at Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Note that fitbit can only store around a week's worth of data between syncs. After that it starts holding the data at a daily summary level so it's important to get this fixed soon.

Thanks Steve that worked. Although hopefully don’t need to keep doing it.

So it worked, but do I really have to keep doing this every day? Seems like pretty abysmal UX if I need to reboot both devices and forget my Sense in Bluetooth just to get it to Sync.

Every day suggests a deeper issue. I get syncing issues around 3 times per year, which I see as reasonable. Daily, not so.

I agree any suggestions beyond returning it?

Would really like to know the reply was. I have only had my sense for a couple of months. It auto synced once. I have to manually sync it every time. I am constantly having to remove it from Bluetooth and restating it. So beyond frustrated.

I have to do this every day too. I’ve only had my sense for 5 months. Surely it’s defective???

I’ve only had mine for a couple of months. I was just live chatting for help and it was disconnected. Now I can’t get back in to any live chat

I’m going to try and return it for a replacement. The warranty is a year so they better do the right thing as this shouldn’t be happening every day.

I agree. I will be doing the same. It hasn’t synced in over 24 hours.
