My watch suddenly stop syncing with my phone. What can I do? I raised this question whether I can turn off my Bluetooth everytime when I am not using and one of your stuff said I can. I bought this sense since last month. Everything working fine until now.
I tried many times by dragging it down at fitbit app and yet it can connect to my phone. Help me please

All of a sudden I have this problem too, and it won't sync even after resetting bluetooth. I think this watch is a hassel to use. Very user unfriendly

Another thing that is helpful is to include the phone model.
Yes the phone needs Bluetooth on and an Internet connection.

I'm finding the same issue with sense and also my aria scales, restarting phone and disconnecting Bluetooth works but it is a pain and is happening at least once a week.
