Sense stopped tracking my hourly activity data properly

sense does not record my hourly activity properly it misses a couple

Hi @BEAUTIFUL1954 - the watch counts steps per hour and if you don't achieve the 250 steps in any hour it will not record it. To check if there actually is a problem you can use the free SimpleClockPro clock face which retains a history of the number of steps done for each hour while using the clock face so you can check.

Before considering other options, and if you continue to experience the same difficulty, please try to perform a restart following the steps listed here, this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
