My Fitbit Sense quit working properly once Google did away with the Desktop version. I'm paying for the premium version but my Fitbit rarely records my sleep doesn't record my vital signs, and steps are incorrect. I've been a customer since 2012 but if Google doesn't solve its' issues I'm changing to a more reliable product. Please tell me what to try. Also, my battery life has dropped to less than 12 hours.
