Hello,
I've been using my Sense for about 8 months now for tracking my swimming. Last week I think the upgrade happened (if not a short while before - didn't think much of it!).
I'm not not able to track my swims... I go into the exercise app and hit go, but even after 10 lengths of continuous swimming it still says nil lengths nil metres.
It was working fine until now!
I've tried reading posts on what could be the issue but they point to you not being a good swimmer... I've not changed my swim style at all.
Please help! This was the only reason I bought the sense so pretty disappointing 😞

Hi, @Sadie92 welcome to the community, have you tried just allowing your Sense to auto-recognize your swimming? Just get in the pool and get going, when you finish nothing to do. Once home you can see all the stats in the phone app (once synced) I use this daily, no fumbling with the screen icons without my glasses.

Same problem here. Been working fine for months. I'm using the same pool, same distance etc etc.
I've tried restarts if the watch and tried different swim lengths. It's like it's just given up 😞
The watch has been troublesome from the start. When it was registering lengths, it was very hard to stop the timing with that useless button on the left. Maybe it's time to send it back....

Hi @sexypetals, welcome, I've used my Sense for daily swimming until very recently and have not noticed any change. I see an occasional undercount of laps (in a 25-metre pool) but this is not unusual for swimming trackers that are much more sophisticated. You may wish to review How do I track my swims with my Fitbit device? which provides advice & guidance. In the final analysis, if you are still not able to make progress I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" here. Use the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
