Hi there, @Toto123. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense. @Guy_ I appreciate your help!

To better assist you, may I know if your Sense was previously paired to your Fitbit app before you performed the factory reset? If so, the message/error you're receiving is expected as you should've first unpaired your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account. With that being said, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

  • Remove your Sense from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Sense again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Sense.

If you can't get started with your Sense, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @Toto123 - if you did a factory reset the watch is like when you first got it and in the Fitbit App you will need to run the "+ Set up a Device" again and replace, this is also necessary to get the latest firmware on the watch.
