HI @NanaNisey - there may be many reasons, but first try restarting it. Also try recharging it, and if you can get it working try changing the clock face.
If it got wet then it can just stop, Make sure it doesn't get hot when trying to charge.

I have tryed recharging still not working but does not hold charge for long then goes back too zero

Hey Google/Fitbit. Any update on this dodgy firmware issue that has bricked all of our devices? My Sense also stuck on a reboot loop after it tried to update the to the latest firmware. There's obviously an issue with the latest software build causing this issue. When will Fitbit release a new firmware to resolve this? Or will you issue replacement/refunds for us?
