Sense stops exercise tracking

Hi all,

On my Fitbit Sense I setup "spinning" as shortcut for exercise however it seems that the exercise stop after around 47 min. and 20 sec. Is this limit normal and can I change it?

Thanks

Some update on this, this time the spinning exercise stop after 23 minutes so it's not related to the time spent.

Would appreciate any input how the exercise can stop suddenly.Pretty annoying to have to check if the tracking is still on.

Hi @74frederic. Welcome! It's great to see a new face around.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how you're feeling about getting your exercise interrupted by your watch and I'll help you with this matter. While your Sense shouldn't be stopping your spinning exercises all of a sudden, may I know if this happens with other exercises? Was the Fitbit logo displayed on your watch's screen when this happened? If you've not done so, please restart your watch and try tracking your exercise one more time.

I look forward to your reply.

Hi @LizzyFitbit ,

I only use at this stage Spinning as exercise but didnt notice any issue with steps tracking.I did notice before the exercise the fitbit logo,I dont know if it happen during the exercise but I believe it does. Not sure why the fitbit logo is on specially with a watch that is one month old.

I will try to restart my watch just in case this does anything.

Hi @74frederic. It's great to see you here again.

Thanks for replying back with the requested information. I totally understand your point of view about having these issues with your new watch. Please restart it and monitor its behavior in the next days. If your exercise continues being interrupted or the Fitbit logo is displayed by itself, let me know so I can keep helping you with this.

Keep me posted.
