Sense stops syncing overnight

I purchased my Sense about 2 weeks ago and it was working perfectly until yesterday morning. I noticed it wasn't connected to my phone. I went through the steps to fix it and it started syncing again until this morning and again it wasn't connected to my phone. This morning I had a harder time getting it to sync again......app was showing exclamation point. It finally started syncing after going through the steps several times. Is this normal? I have a Pixel 4xl and it is up to date, the Fitbit app is up to date, the Sense is up to date. Battery optimize is set on "Don't optimize" the Fitbit app is set to run in the background. I'm not sure what else I can do. I love this watch and the app, but I really hope this isn't an everyday problem.  This seems to only occur overnight while my phone is charging. Has anyone else had this problem and was able to resolve it?

" I noticed it wasn't connected to my phone."  was the start of your problems.

Once set up, there's no reason to be looking at phone's bluetooth settings for fitbit.  Fitbit will take care of that when it is appropriate.  Sometimes it doesn't sync exactly when you want it to, but then it will a minute later.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Okay.....I will see if that happens tomorrow morning. The reason I checked was because when I looked in the Fitbit app to see my sleep stats it said cannot sync with an exclamation point.
