Sense stuck downloading clock face

Went to down load  a new watch face and it is stuck downing for the last 2 hours now I can't do anything with changing the clock face.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I'm sorry you're having this experience. To work on this together, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device > Sense > Replace Your Device and follow the onscreen instructions.
  6. Once that is done, try changing the clock face one more time and keep me posted.
