Sense won't receive notifications

My Sense quits giving me notifications of text messages and phone calls.  I have reset both phone and watch many many many times.  Now the ECG app won't work.

@Hillg Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, as well for the steps tried prior t posting. I'm sorry you're having this experience and to work on this together, may I know the model of your phone? Even though you've tried some steps, please give a try to the following:

  1. Remove your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart your watch one more time.
  4. On your Sense, swipe right from the clock face to access quick settings. Make sure both DND and Sleep Mode settings are turned off.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Tap your profile picture > Notifications and choose the types of notifications you want to receive.

In regards to your other question, may I know what is the issue with the ECG app? Are you getting an error message? If you've not done so, please see this help article which explains more about this app and how it works.
