I have premium and everything else is there... Like deep, REM, etc. But my fitbit sense is saying there wasn't enough data to obtain the sleep score?
Any thoughts?

Same here. Have sleep stages but no sleep score. And I actually met my sleep goal for the first time in loooong time. My app is updated too so would like to know what’s going on?

Same here! I’ve never NOT had a Sleep Score. Has to be an issue on their end. I restarted my phone and the app is up to date...

I've never not had one either. I did install that volunteer thing they sent out yesterday to monitor pulse or blood pressure. Uninstaller today, cause it's the only thing that was different from the night before.

I didn’t get that volunteer thing so I literally have nothing different. Just chatted with an agent who couldn’t help me. Told me to uninstall and reinstall the app, so I’m about to do that... 🙃

The uninstall and reinstall of the app did not help...

Same here. I’ve had this watch about 7 months and always had a sleep score.

My husband had the same experience with his Sense. He got a typical sleep stage graph, but no sleep score. He also got the "not enough data" message in the explanation.
I wear a Versa 3. These two devices have the same operating system. I got a sleep score.

mine sense watch has never measued my temp , o2 sat etc all the extras dont work. I called numerous times to the support line. Eventually the rep told me that they know there are problems but no solutions. I asked for a new one. I was told they wont because his boss will not allow returns since they know their is an un announced glitch with the watches.

what volunteer was that I didn’t see or receive that which you mention.
Update:
That’s not right if it’s a mechanical issue on their part, the product is not as advertised!!!
I’ve had mine three months without any issues until the past week!!

Finally got a Sleep Score! I charged my Sense (it was at 51% and is now at 85%) and got a score. Not sure if that will help anyone else...

I did not charge my watch it is at 45% and just
checked the app again and the sleep score is there. Maybe a delay? We’ll see.

Same here. This isn’t just a Sense issue. I didn’t get a sleep score, and neither did my husband who has a Fitbit Versa 3.

My husband just checked his app. He has a sleep score now.
@Charlene55 If you are an iPhone user, the restoration heart rate graph is a known, separate issue. Mine got fixed with Fitbit app v3.41.

I agree its been an ongoing issue lately for me. I did reset my sense by placing it on the charger and holding the button in on the left side of the watch until the fitbit logo reappears, then let off the button until it loads back in. It seemes to fix it but agree something isnt right. Ive only had my watch three months. No issues until last week.
