This morning my Sense Exercise app was simply returning my Sense back to the clock face so I decided to do a reboot (watch was charged at 100%). I pressed the side button, and released it when the Fitbit logo appeared. Unfortunately, since then, all that happens is the screen goes blank, and a couple of seconds later the Fitbit logo appears again.
Unsurprisingly, the app cannot currently find my watch. Very frustrating for a device that is only 2 months old. Anyone know anyway to rectify this, or am I looking at a warranty replacement?
