Fitbit logo keeps blinking on my sense have tried the fixes posted on forum to no avail ,watch was a replacement for recalled Ionic . feeling disappointed , have contacted Fitbit for more advice

It sounds like it might be a defective device.  Is there any chance that Support would be willing to honor an exchange?
