My Fitbit sense died whilst I was on holiday (19/09). Upon getting home I charged my Fitbit and checked on it later and it was just on the Fitbit Logo. I could feel the Fitbit vibrating as a pressed the button but the screen did not change. I've tried pressing down the power button for 15 seconds and that just seemed to start a reboot loop (still only showing the Fitbit Logo).
I have tried to charge it a few times with no luck. When it's off charge and I press the power button it shows 0% as if it hasn't been on charge. I'm not really sure why it won't charge. I only got the device March/April 2022 so a real shame that it has only lasted 1 year and 7 months.

Hi @Leigh12345 - just in case check all the instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
After long periods of inuse the battery can be hard to wake, it could also have got water in it.
Try holding the button for at least 10 seconds while charging. If it gets hot while charging stop immediately.

Thanks, my partner also has a sense and I've used his charging cable on my watch for hours and still nothing. It's not getting hot while charging and I've tried holding in the power button, that just seems to restart the device (it goes blank and then the Fitbit Logo appears - but I can't get any further than this).
