Sense stuck on Fitbit logo screen

Same issue so many seem to be having. My sense died yesterday and I put it to charge. This morning, it is stuck on the Fitbit logo screen. I’ve tried the reboot steps others have offered, and it is continually stuck on the logo screen. Any idea what I should do next?

Been trying that. Can’t even get connected to someone.
