Hi
My Fitbit sense died after an update - only blue logo.
Have tried to do factory reset, but it only keeps blinking with the logo.

What did they have you do? Mine is doing the same thing. I disconnected it from my phone and nothing.

They created a ticket and asked me to send it to their warehouse.
