Sense stuck on the Fitbit logo

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

A week ago, my sense 3 started doing odd things. My clock stopped working and when I attempted to sync to my computer (as recommended) it stopped working altogether. I attempted to restart it, but is stayed on the logo screen indefinitely. I have drained the battery and recharged fully. I attempted to do a restart, and had the same issue.
Can someone please advise? I really enjoyed my Sense but cannot afford a new one! I thought it would last longer than it has. My last one did.

Thanks in advance. 😀

Helen

@HelnBak23 Welcome to the community forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and the steps that you've tried so far. Before anything else, let me share that we only have released the Sense and Sense 2. With this in mind, could you confirm the model of your Fitbit device?

In regards to your question, usually the Fitbit logo appears when the set up process or firmware update wasn't completed correctly. So we can work on this together, let me recommend reconnecting your watch to your account by doing the following:

  1. Forget your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app and tap Device at the upper left corner
  4. Tap Add More Devices > Fitbit device > Replace Device
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions and monitor its behavior in the next few days
