Hey I found out how to get the logo off the watch and get it all working back to normal again, thank God I didn't give up my watch and I was so glad my sister helped and I forgot about Factory hard reset. So just to let you know before you try it on your sense watch. First of all make sure your watch is charged up (even though you don't know your watch's battery life) let it charged for about half an hour, once it is charged make sure you are signed in to your Fitbit web page, and next to your wifi router so your watch can get redownload and update at the same time. Okay here is how to do it instead of reboot instruction do it this way. All your information will stay the same on the web page but your watch will start all over again just like a new watch, look at the bright side it is a New Year so start over for the new year to come and let's hope the new updates in the future don't ruin the watch if so you can always reset your watch again and start over again. Hope that helps you all and Happy 2024 New Year everyone!!!
To do a hard reset (do this without being plugged into the charger):
Press and hold down the side button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off. After the screen turns off, you feel a short vibration, lift your finger off button two second (do not let the logo light pop up ) then immediately press and hold the button again, Wait until the watch vibrates, lift your finger off the button again for two seconds and press it down once more until you feel one final vibration, then release–this indicates your Fitbit is performing a factory reset. once it is done wait about five mins if it is black that means it worked, tap your watch if nothing shows then press the button, if you see an RED X , check your phone or web page which ever device you keep track of your fitbit watch , you should see a pop wanting to connect with your watch accept it and go from there , everything should start getting redownload and updates. Let me know if your watch works again and I hope it down cause mine is working again and that is how I got it to start working. I am glad I didn't give up my 200.00 watch!

Thanks. This worked but it did take me a few attempts before it finally worked. I would rather a hard reset instead of buying a new watch since this one is less than 2 years old.

I am sorry yu are still having problems with your Fitbit, so far mine is still working and hasn't changed yet so far by far. The least you can do is try hard reset again, and follow the directions again who knows it might work better next time or a third time a charm. I've had this watch for two years so I'm grateful it is working great again. Then again it depends on how long you have had and how well you follow the directions of erase and redownload your watch in order. Enjoy yur Samsung watch and I do wish you the best to have it last as long as it stays working.
