I've seen several posts already on the Fitbit sense stuck on log. Is customer service going to do anything about it? This has happened twice already (to myself and my husband) and we were given 30% off discounts. I understand if this is a one off but it seems to be common and I see people posting on the forums and online.
This is after the ionic fiasco. Wouldn't this already fall into the lemon law category if this is happening to other folks as well and there seems to be a lot of "refurbished" pebble's being sold online.

We would love to continue to support Fitbit but if things are expected to break down a little over a year, we may want to start consider switching to another brand that is more reliable.
Can Fitbit share stats on how many customers have been impacted by the same issue?

HI @acupofcoffy - unfortunately the Fitbit logo is a common issue, due presumably to bugs in the software. The good news is the Sense model is on sale for those that are left and you can pick up one quite cheaply, in preference to the Sense 2 which doesn't have all the features of the Sense.
Fitbit does not reply in the forums and will not provide statistics on this common failure, that is something you will have to do by looking in the forums.
