Sense stuck on Logo Screen

I have tried EVERYTHING from various forums to FAQ to get my watch past the logo screen. It’s only 5 months old and I am getting frustrated not being able to get hold of a claim person!

Hi, @MilaniAller, welcome to the community, you can talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
