Sense stuck on a reboot loop

My sense screen locked up the other day so I rebooted it and now it is stuck in a boot loop.just going to boot screen.i have tried hard reset loads off times just stays on boot logo I let the battery run out then recharge d it nothing seems to work.the warranty has just run out as I got it July 21.any help much appreciated. please.

I would try a factory reset and then set the watch up again as a new device.
