I have :cross_mark:  where my steps and heart rate should be. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, I have tried everything

Hi @Heather_J. - you may be able to fix this, logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, then restart the phone for good measure.

When you login again wait for any pair and link prompts and click Edit where the green popup shows.

This allows you to put back any missing goals or tiles and move them around. Click Done when finished and sync.
