Sense stuck on a red X

Hi, My Fitbit Sense has been going great but.. it was stuck in the startup loop, so i have performed a reset many times it then comes up with the big red X , so I then pair it and update it thru adding a device. After updating it then goes back and gets stuck in the boot loop. Done this about 6 times and always the same results. Is it DEAD???

Hi @gordon79 - it may be, but first try removing all trace of the watch on the phone's Bluetooth, remove the watch from the Fitbit App entirely. Logoff the Fitbit App and swipe off the active face and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, then restart the phone. Redo the factory reset of the watch and then start to add new device. It would be interesting to see if this works.
