Sense stuck on the Fitbit logo

My Sense fitbit only showing the fitbit logo. Is not doing anything else. I have even bought a new charger, but nothing. I have follow instructions on rebooting it , and nothing is working. I bought it in July 2022, so no more warranty. Any body have other suggestions. Will greatly appreciate it.

Last evening mine started rebooting for no known reason and never gets past the logo screen.  This morning the battery finally gave out.  It is charging now, but again stuck on the logo screen.  It is not visible on Bluetooth, so the phone app is no help.

I wonder if it has to do with all the new updates they are doing. Mine is still only showing the logo, Im waiting for the battery to give up so I can recharge it, and see if that works. For sure if it doesn’t Im NOT buying another Fitbit anymore. Im switching to Apple.
