Not sure what happened, may be some software update, but firmware version shows on my fitbit app is 44.128.6.17
Fitbit keeps giving one shot of vibration with teal diamond keep blinking, vibrates every time diamond appears, don't see anything else, tried pressing side button but nothing is happening.

Hi there, @rajniaknt123in. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense is stuck on the Fitbit logo. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Since the steps you tried did not work, I suggest performing a factory reset. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
With that in mind, please try the steps below in the order listed:
- Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo disappears:
- Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
- Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.
At this point you can set up the watch again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I have the same issue and the factory reset does NOT work. Also my fitbit sense is in a constant loop of rebooting and makes the sound every few minutes. This started around the same time as the April 2025 Android update. Possibly related? My phone is Android Pixel 6A.

I am having the same issue. It started 2 days ago when my clock stopped displaying and gave a clock error message. I read on the forum to restart to resolve which I tried tonight and now it is stuck on the logo screen. I tried the factory reset sequence but then it continually reboots until it gets stuck again. I have full charge at it sync tonight right before I restarted it.

I'm having a similar issue after the 44.128.6.17 update. The screen won't turn on with the side button, but if I hold it I can force a restart. After the restart, the screen is usable as long as I don't let it turn off. I have tried the factory reset, but as soon as it updates and the screen turns off it's unusable again. Won't sync and can't turn the screen on.
