For the past couple of months I have been having trouble with my Sense syncing. Then Fitbit did an update it is got better. I was on the premium trial and once the trial period ended and I was in the paid program it stopped syncing again. I have followed all the tips and eventually removed the device from my IPhone and now I can’t get it to recognize the IPhone and pair back up. What is going on?? It is not that old.

Firstly make sure that there are no other Bluetooth devices enabled
This procedure works on Android it might be worth a try for the iPhone.
If it doesn't work try clicking on the Profile photo in the Fitbit App and then + Set up a Device
