I have a fix for the long charge time affecting some Sense users. Fitbit says to try cleaning the contacts but doesn't give any hint on how this should be done. There are 4 little metal contacts that the magnetic charger contacts. You will need a magnifying glass and a very fine sewing needle to clean them properly. The problem is that these were poorly designed. Look closely and you will see there is a little mote around each contact and it is probably filled with debris, dead skin, etc. Take the needle and with a circular motion insert in the in the depression around the contact. Remove the debris. I also scratched the surface of the contact but this may not be necessary. Now the charge shouldn't take more than about an hour from about 18%. No more 4 and 5 hour charge times!

Hi @mfpinlh - @Clove6060 has pointed you in the right direction however in case you missed it, it is not advisable to use a metal object like a pin or needle to clean the contacts as it can damage them.
