Health metrics stopped

Is there an issue? My Sense just stopped logging health metrics- all the indicators as of last night. Have reset the device and the app is updated too?

Hi, @wicks21 , I would suggest giving your Sense a restart and seeing if everything is back to normal tomorrow.  I don’t think there is any general issue.  My Sense is currently working just fine with all expected metrics.

I have been wearing various Fitbits for nearly 8 years now.  Two nights ago my Fitbit just didn’t detect my sleep, and I have no idea why (no I wasn’t wearing the Sense that night - it was a different Fitbit).  The next night it was working again just fine.  

Obviously if the problem persists after giving your Sense a restart then please post again.  There is always someone here to help.

Thanks Julia, I have reset the Sense and also the app. Let's see if it reads tonight!
