Hi, I am having trouble changing the time format of my sense to 12hr, I know you have to go to advanced settings on the app but cannot find it! Can anyone offer any help or has anyone else found this a problem too??

Nope, @Lisacak you have to go to your settings at Fitbit.com as explained in the help doc
