Sense touch screen and button aren't working

Fitbit Sense, touchscreen, side button don't work. Will register a double tap but cannot swipe up down or sideways. Side button doesn't work at all? Any suggestion on how to fix.

Hi there, @Vekter. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense. 

 

Please restart your watch as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Tried to restart but touchscreen will not swipe. Call support they are sending a replacement.
