my touch screen stopped working. And is stuck on July 3rd. I have down the hard reset.

Hi there, @souther. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out.
Since the restart you've tried didn't work, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
I've moved your post to the Sense board for organization purposes.
