Sense touch screen not responding

My touch screen on my sense doesn’t swipe all I can do is see the face. Have restarted, updated etc. and nothing. Only had 1 month really disappointed

When mine had continuous black screen, I was offered a replacement through live chat

Mine had similar issues with black screen, freezing, and failed in 6 weeks.  I returned mine on June 6th and it still has not made it back to the Fitbit warehouse. Just be mindful that their RMA process is slow.  Hopefully, you have another device that you can wear while you wait.
