Sense touchscreen isn't working

Slides and touch screen is not working. The screen is looking really dark and I can not get to any of the settings features because the touch screen is not working.

Hi @Tmitch6204 - if it is temporary try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Once it is started see if double tap works to wake it, and if so and you can swipe right to get to Quick Settings and turn off Sleep, Do not disturb and Always on. and turn on wrist wake.

Depending on it's age it could be suffering water damage if it is not working correctly, and if so if you are in the warranty period it can be replaced.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
