just received my Sense. When I attempt to adjust brightness it is so dim I can hardly see it AND it will not allow me to touch screen to make any changes. I have re set twice no luck anyone else having issue?

@SunsetRunner @janem21 open settings app on your watch (gear cog icon) and scroll down to display. Set brightness there to normal or higher. Also, check if the night mode is not enabled. On the main screen of the watch swipe right to see quick settings. Make sure the night mode (middle top icon) is disabled. If that doesn't help try factory reset (Settings app on your Fitbit>About).

Thanks especially the reminder to check for night mode in the quick settings - that was the issue I had with. It being able to see the screen. 👍
