Sense unable to install ECG app

Hi, 

the ECG app will not install on my Sense.  I have had it on it for 2 years. Now it’s removed and not reinstall.  I have no idea on why it won’t install now..

Hi @Jimceez - have you by any chance changed location as ECG is not available in all countries?

No.  I have lived in the same place in the US for 20 years.   I go to install the app and it just doesn’t load.  I do get the message about not being available in my location.  But it was working fine as recently as January.

@Jimceez Thank you for letting us know that you live in the US. In this case, please verify if your Fitbit app and phone have any available updates. Additionally, I suggest you verify that your location is correct in both the app and on your phone.

Thanks for the tip.  I unknowingly had the VPN on.  It was on a US server but Fitbit doesn’t like.
