Sense watch does not keep accurate bpm info.

My chest strap could be reading in the 140s or 150s and the watch is registering 98bpm.  I am wearing the watch above 2 finger widths above the wrist bone, snug, as the instructions say to do.

I just got off online chat with support and the person was utterly useless.  Only to tell me the discrepancy is "due to different technologies."  REALLY???  One technology says I'm laying in bed and the other says I'm at target heart rate!?

For being top the flagship of Fitbit watch, this is really disappointing as it's my very first fitness watch.  I should have bought a Garmin watch. This is an expensive piece of technology that doesn't work any better than a $20 knock off from Amazon.
