Sense will not charge

I got my cents for Christmas and it has been working fine. Last night I plugged it in to charge and it will not charge. I can’t imagine the cable is bad since it rarely moves. I did detect it charging when I wiggled the cable once but it does not do that now. I cleaned the charging terminals As suggested. Still nothing. I also tried resetting the sent again still not working. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Connect the watch to the cable and plug into a PC USB port. The PC should make a sound to announce a new device added.

IF it does leave if for an hour. if it doesn't come automatically start it manually.

If it doesn't start then there is a fault and probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

If you have trouble with the button, try this method

Worn on the left arm -

rest your other thumb on the arm to the left of the watch

and forefinger on the back of the hand

and do a gentle squeeze of the watch

Thanks, this was a great idea but unfortunately didn’t work. I’ll contact Fitbit.
