I have cleaned the prongs and the back of the watch with rubbing alcohol. Tried charging it for the recommended 30 minutes. I get NOTHING. Can’t turn it on at all. I’ve tried different ports still nothing. It’s less than 5 months old.

Hi @GRAMMIEPAMMIE - also check the charge cable - How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If it is faulty support is also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They should be able to send you a replacement cable or you can get them online.
