I am very frustrated with the Sense. It does not always synch automatically with my Samsung phone. I reboot it by pressing and holding the button but that doesn't work consistently either. I am spending way too much time trying to get this thing to do this one basic function. If I shut down from settings will I lose my data? Thanks for any help available.

Best AnswerI've tried it numerous times for more than 10 seconds. It does not function correctly on my device. I am not the only person with this issue. It will start with the push of the button but rarely will it shut down that way.
I've had many folks try it on my Sense to insure it wasn't operator error. It is not.
Have achieved it once, all other times it presents a message about adding cards in wallet. This is not the only issue I have with this Fitbit. Two bought same day same place and this ones a dud!
