You can use your watch to measure things and it will keep the information for up to a week between syncs.
I presume you restart both phone and watch when it doesn't sync. and try this
In the phone Fitbit App On the main Today tab Pull down to initiate a refresh If the popup progress bar has a syncing line that succeeds then it is syncing Then also Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Sync - See when last synced Try refresh by touching circle it should say "a moment ago"
If it doesn't try the procedure again, it may take several goes. |

Ah!
Did you also do this if you have an Android phone?
On the phone check battery optimizations [the options may be different in your version]

Best Answer@Irish57 have you tried the help tips for sync issues.
I also have a few more things here.
@Guy_ all trackers store 7 days of detail data and then up to 23 more days of daily totals.
Most trackers have limited memory for exercise data so it is possible not to get 7 days of recorded exercises saved.
No Android but thank you! It finally synced after repeated efforts in fixes and hours later. So far okay today!
