My Fitbit has a big red x in the middle of the screen and underneath it it says data not cleared. Sync and try again. How do I fix this?

I'll advise trying to set up your Fitbit Sense as a new device as a first step in fixing this. By doing this, you'll be able to get your device back in sync with your Fitbit app and transfer the recorded data.
