Sense won't syn anymore

Although my premium subscription is paid through June 2024, I have canceled.  I am so tired of jumping through hoops to get Sense to sync, that I have officially given up on Fitbit. Too many other trackers out there to put up this. For the record, I have done every "suggested" fix for the same end result.

Could you please describe the steps that you already tried so that i don't  ask you to do them again if not necessary.

I have tried all these steps and the sense will not synch.  Now what?

Same with me... It's annoying, I do not have issues with other Bluetooth devices, no, I'm not going to unpair everything and re-pair it, every day... The problem is with Fitbit and it seems a lot of soon to be ex customers are having them... You shouldn't have to spend half an hour, every day, to get this crap to work...

I too am having this issues. I thought it was just me , but clearly not. Think I may invest in another device as it sounds as though this problem isn't fixing itself. Shame

For many of us the problem is not the initial Bluetooth connection and sync. The problem is keeping the Fitbit watch synced with a phone, when all other Bluetooth devices work fine. I posted the steps I have to take all the time in the linked thread, and in numerous other threads over the past 6 months.

No, it's not just you. There have been multiple threads about this the past several months. We keep getting the steps to unpair and re-pair the watch and phone. Which seems to only be a temporary fix.
