Hi, my sense Fitbit won’t auto recognise when I do a work out. I’ve done two 1 hour sessions and it doesn’t show inder exercise. I’ve set it to 10 minutes but still nothing. Please help

First check if it has synced recently. The only way to know for sure is, from phone dashboard, click Account icon at top right, then next to 'Charge 2' it shows last sync. If there was a recent sync, check the fitbit.com dashboard to see if it is being recorded but just not showing up on phone app.
