I'm suddenly unable to charge my sense after having done all the troubleshooting. I've noticed one of the pins is lower than the other three on the charger - has anyone encountered this and is there a solution?

I've had my Sense 2 years this month and have went through 4 chargers....ALL did the same thing, one little prong gets stuck so it doesn't charge anymore. That's my current situation. I'm fixing to order my 5th charger because they all tear up the same way and it's always the same little peg that gets stuck. I love the Sense but hate the chargers.

My Sense got down to 0% and won't charge now. I had the same thing happen to my Ionic - the closer it got to 0% battery, the harder it was to charge. I don't think my Charge is much older than a year. I have three charging cables and none of them work. I've tried other outlets, charging straight from a USB connection from a laptop and using multiple wall outlets and power adapters. I also followed all the documented steps to "fix" the issue and nothing has worked.
Because this is the second straight time it has happened to me, it feels like the Fitbit batteries will only make it a year or two max before they won't function any longer and you're forced to buy a whole new device.
It would be nice if they manufactured the more expensive Fitbit devices to be able to replace the battery - like a watch. Replacing them just because the battery is shot seems like such a waste and an unnecessary expense to replace it.

UPDATE! - I did not have a spare toothbrush so I used a Q-tip to clean the charging connections on the bottom side of my Sense per the troubleshooting steps. That didn't work. Before I gave up on it, I bought a toothbrush and cleaned the bottom of it with just water. Lo and behold it now seems to be taking a charge.
I just wanted to share that cleaning it with a toothbrush might have actually worked and using anything else might not - if you are having the same charging issue as me. I hope this helps someone else!
