My Fitbit sense is not getting charged. It was just 5 month old but I don’t know where to go for the same in India

Hi there, @Service_centre. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense stopped charging, I understand your concern. We're here to help!
As a first approach, please note that we don't have repair centers in any country where Fitbit devices are sold.
Have you tried what @Guy_ and @Odyssey13 have recommended? I'd like to add that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
Please make sure that your Sense and charge are clean and free of any debris.
