so ive had my fitbit sense since april 2021 yesterday it died i charged it up and when it came back on i had to set up new device as wouldnt sync with my phone i put my sp02 tracker on which i always use fully charged last 4 days. i noticed my battery had drained down a bit to 75 in the space of 10 mins woke up this morning its completely dead and wont charge wont turn on no nothing its been on charge all day while ive been at work ive not got it plugged into laptop and its still not charging the charger was fine theres no damage to wires or pins
im holding my finger down on button at side nothing

Hi @Emma9876 - it would seem you may have dirty terminals or a faulty charger [a common issue], see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
