Sense won't charge properly

It is disappointing to say the least, that the Sense recharge process is inconsistent at best…..I like this product but my biggest gripe is it does not recharge timely, consistently, if at all…….such a a disappointment.  Any help would be appreciated.

First it wouldn’t recharge then came the Fitbit logo and nothing else only 9 months old customer service said it’s bad and because I bought it on eBay new they don’t honor the warranty

Check your charging cable. I'm on my 4th. The right lower pin decends into the base and then won't charge. MANY PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME ISSUE.
