My charger won’t stay hooked up, mine charger is towards the band which I don’t think is normal. I just got it and it’s down to 24%, so I just want to figure it out ASAP. I already tried cleaning it and changing bricks, but no luck. I can’t force restart it either because every time I try, Spotify comes up. Any help would be amazing, I just don’t want to stress about this as much as I am.

The charger is magnetic and fits on the back of the watch with the wire coming out the opposite side to the button.

 

Some chargers have been known to be defective - check the 4 pins protrude equally from the base and are not damaged and are clean. Make sure the the connection points on the back of the watch are also clean - you may need to inspect with a magnifying glass.
