Sense won't charge

My Fitbit Sense won’t charge.  I’ve tried multiple outlets, multiple charging blocks, and multiple USB connections and even bought a new Sense charging cable.  Nothing helps.  I’ve restarted it and that doesn’t help either.  I’ve seen other people with the same issue but no answers. 

 

I’ve had Fitbits since 2014, including the charge, charge 2, 3 and 4.  I accept that they are not well built and don’t last for much more than a year, but at $100 I guess I just accepted it.  But the Sense cost $300 and should be expected to last more than 45 days.  Any help will be appreciated.  Thanks.

 

Update: I've also made sure the four point receivers on the watch are clean, the charger points are clean and the charger is properly seated.

I’ve only had mine two months and I’m experiencing the same issue with not charging , very disappointed in this product .
